We at Nääs Fabriker are now looking for more chefs to join our kitchen team – both full-time, part-time, and extra as needed.

At Nääs Fabriker, quality, creativity, and care permeate everything we do. Our ambition is high – from the food we serve to the atmosphere in our restaurant and café environments.

No day is the same with us. You work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on ingredients, flavor, and overall experience – from the morning breakfast to the evening's festivities or service.

On the premises, we operate not only the hotel restaurant (Fabriksköket) but also Pannhuset Kafé & Krog, the award-winning sourdough bakery and craft brewery Bröd & Malt, as well as our own pastry shop. Together, we create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in à la carte, lunch, and/or catering operations
• Has a genuine interest in food, drink, and development
• Thrives in a team and contributes energy, responsibility, and curiosity
• Can handle both a high pace and large volumes without compromising quality
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

A driver's license and access to a car are needed unless you live nearby.
